Celebrity chef specializing in Chinese cuisine. Aharoni moved to Amsterdam to study art, then he discovered Chinese cooking and his calling, eventually moving to Taiwan to study Chinese cuisine before apprenticing in upscale restaurants in France. Aharoni has opened several Chinese and French restaurants over the years in Israel, a visit to Pat Qua in Herzliya is always a treat. His signature touch of staying true to authentic Chinese cooking, in spite of being in Israel, is what has kept patrons coming back for many years.
