Olive and Roasted Red Pepper Dip

If you like olives, this healthy and delicious dip can’t be beat. Simply combine black and green olives with sweet red peppers, and spread on your favorite cracker or hearty bread! Preparation takes only minutes, and your party guests will be impressed.

You will need:

  • 13.5  oz. jar green olives, stuffed with pimentos
  • 6  oz. can pitted black olives
  • 1 cup roasted red peppers, drained
  • 6-8  garlic cloves, peeled
