Israel was voted by the 2016 World Happiness Report as the 11th happiest place on earth for the second year in a row! The United States was ranked 13th on the list.
Israel’s neighbors, however, have a different story: Syria was ranked 156th, Afghanistan at 154th, Yemen was 147th, Egypt at 120th, Jordan was 112th, the Palestinian Territories at 108th, and lastly, Lebanon coming in at 93rd.
With Israel coming in so high on the list for another consecutive year, it is no wonder why so many are visiting the country and all of its beauty.
